-Sleep
Over the last 6 months, I've slept an average of 8.9 hours a day. This isn't getting in F 力 the way of anything to (I get stuff done and avoid morning meetings), but sometimes I wonder if I can tweak things to sleep less or get more out of sleep. It looks like 8-9 hours is normal, though. And it does feel good to be up when I'm up, no need for tea or alarm clocks. Set my alarm assuming 9 hours of sleep Put a light on a timer especially in winter Brainstorm things to think about during my morning routine (1 hour) Drink less water at bedtime (reduce interruptions.)
